Returns & Refunds

• Timeframe: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

• Eligibility:

  - To qualify for a refund, at least 50% of the product must be unused.

  - Returns are only accepted for first-time purchases of a product.

  - Digital products, sample-size items, and final-sale items are non-refundable.

• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will replace or refund the item.

How to Request a Return:

1. Email info@soiessence.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

• If you’re not satisfied, we encourage exchanges or store credit to try a different formula that may better suit your needs.
